To give innocent and helpless human beings of any age, particularly unborn
children, a trained and committed defense against  the
threat of death, and to support their advocates in the nation’s courtrooms.
LLDF will accomplish its mission and purpose through the law and education.

Helping Real People
LLDF’s everyday activity involves hundreds of cases which are not reported
in the media, but which raise vital issues of freedom and effectiveness
for our clients. LLDF has litigated on a number of exceptional cases:
Unjust Judicial Injunctions Against Clients
- Unconstitutional ordinances aimed at limiting speech rights of clients
- Unconstitutional law enforcement of ordinances aimed at silencing pro-life expression
- Active killing of the disabled
Life Legal Defense Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity which seeks to operate under the highest standards of financial accountability and excellence. All charitable donations to Life Legal Defense Foundation are tax-deductible within the United States. We are audited by an independent accounting firm each year and governed by a Board of Directors.
